Together we determine a clear scope of work and take responsibility for managing the janitorial supplies and equipment your site needs. We never require long-term contracts — you choose what works best for you — and we provide simple monthly invoices, either as a flat monthly fee or at an hourly rate.

INITIAL DEEP CLEAN

Before regular service starts, our special projects team comes in to perform a full deep clean of your site. Their goal is to bring the building up to a consistent standard so ongoing service can maintain it more effectively. This initial reset establishes the foundation for reliable, consistent commercial cleaning moving forward. We clean — you shine.

NIGHTLY SERVICES

Each night, our team handles the essentials that keep your building clean and comfortable. This includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors; cleaning surfaces, walls, and furniture; making bathrooms sparkle; eliminating dust; and taking out all trash. These nightly tasks form the backbone of a consistently fresh workspace.

PERIODIC WORK

In addition to nightly maintenance, we provide scheduled periodic services to keep your facility at its best. These include deep cleans, carpet shampooing and extraction, and hard floor scrubbing, stripping, and waxing. Periodic work helps maintain the long-term appearance and health of your floors and surfaces.

EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING

Every cleaner goes through a structured onboarding process supported by our responsive, caring HR department. This includes safety training and hands-on instruction from experienced cleaners and supervisors directly on site. We make sure employees know the expectations, procedures, and standards before they ever work independently in your building.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
